Skin Whit Natural treatments: Tip # 1

Take one tea spoon milk powder, one tea spoon honey, one tea spoon lemon juice and half tea spoon almond oil. Mix all the ingredients together and make paste. Apply this paste on your face and leave it for fifteen to twenty minutes then wash your face with water. This  Skin whitening tip  will remove spots from your face and make it glowing.

Take one tea spoon gram flour, two tea spoons milk, two or three drops lemon drops, Mix all the ingredients together and make it paste. Apply it on your face and leave it for fifteen minutes. Home Remedies for Skin Whitening

Over the period of time to avoid cosmetics, there have been lots of researches on using natural supplements for skin whitening. The following home remedies can be used for skin whitening.

• One of the most popular home remedy is cucumber juice. Grind unpeeled cucumber and get the sufficient quantity of juice. Depending on the amount of juice required you can add the number of cucumber in the grinder. After you get the juice apply the juice on your clean skin in the night. Ideally you can leave the juice over night and wash it while you take your bath in the morning. This process will remove the tan and the dark tone of your skin.

• Potato is one of the best bleaching products which is available naturally. Make a paste of potato’s and apply the paste on the areas where you want to lighten your skin. Wash it after 1 mins of application. This will leave your skin much fairer and also protects the texture of your skin. Instead of using the paste you can also cut the potato in slices and apply them on the areas which you want to whiten.

• Mint leaves are also very good skin whiteners. Grind few fresh mint leave and make a paste of them. Leave the paste on the affected areas and later wash it after 20 mins. Repeat this process for some time and you will notice your skin will be much fairer after few times you do it.  This is one of the best remedy one can take up.

• Orange peel is also a very good home remedy for increasing the fairness of your skin. Dry some skin peels for some time in the sun and make powder of the dried peels. After that make a paste of the powder by mixing either milk or curd. Apply it on your face to lighten the skin color. You can also apply the paste on neck and hands.

• Lime is the best natural supplement which can be used for any purpose. It is also known for its bleaching ability which will help you in skin whitening. Mix lime with little turmeric powder and apply it on your skin. It’s a good home remedy for skin whitening.

• Sandalwood mixed with honey or milk is a very good whitening agent. Because of its cooling properties it will help you reduce your skin tone.

• Make a face pack with tomato puree and few drops of lime juice. Use the face pack daily and in 15 days you will be able to see a drastic difference in your skin tone.

Application Remedies

    Combine 1 tsp. each of milk powder, lime juice and honey with one-half tsp. of almond oil. Keep this mask on your face for about 15 minutes and then wash away for tan removal and addition of shine. You could combine oatmeal, curd and tomato juice, keep the mixture on the face for 20 minutes and wash off with cold water. This also helps removal of pigmentation and lightening of skin. Raw potato is known to remove marks and blemishes while a mixture of dried powdered orange peel and curd provides the same effect too. Remember to wash off with cold water in quarter of an hour. Turmeric and lime juice mixture or grated tomato and lime juice mixture left on the face for 20 minutes at a time, twice a day will provide actual skin lightening effect within two to three weeks. You could also soak four almonds in water overnight. In the morning grind this in to a paste with milk and keep this mask on the face and neck through the night. Wash off with cold water in the morning. A daily routine of this for a fortnight will show results after which the frequency can be brought down to two times a week. A tablespoon of gram flower mixed with 2 tbsp. of raw milk and a few drops of lemon juice is known to help in promoting fairer skin. This face pack needs to be kept on for quarter of an hour, daily for four weeks. After that, it will be enough to do this only one time every week. You could also keep a paste of fresh ground mint leaves on your face every day for 20 minutes for skin lightening effects. Another well known mask for fair skin involves combining half a banana with a spoonful of honey and two spoonfuls of sour cream. This needs to be kept on for a little less than half an hour. Use a soft moist cloth to clean your face afterward. For oily skin, a sandalwood powder and oatmeal mix applied as a mask seems to bring about effective desired results.

Use Lemon Juice

    Lemon juice has been a folk remedy for treating age spots and freckles for a long time. This homemade skin whitener is safe and natural. The citric acid in lemons act as a mild acid that exfoliates or removes the epidermis or top skin layer. By removing the dead skin cells, excess oil and dirt, the lemon juice can better penetrate the skin and fade the discolored areas. The skin renews itself faster after the surface of the epidermis is removed. When the new skin reaches the surface, it is less discolored. Squeeze a fresh lemon or buy a bottle of the juice. Apply the lemon juice to the hyper-pigmented areas with a cotton ball. You can apply lemon juice a few times a day. Results will be seen within a few weeks.

  Use Buttermilk

    Buttermilk is also recommended to fade discolored areas and lighten skin. The lactic acid in buttermilk works in a way similar to citric acid. The lactic acid exfoliates the epidermis and helps to fade the age spots or scars. Buttermilk can be applied to the skin and used as a facial. Leave on for 10 to 15 minutes, then rinse off with warm mater. You can have a buttermilk facial a few times a week.

Whitening Facial Masks for Oily Skin:
Step 1

Cut a cucumber in half, peel the skin on the half, and cut it into slices. Place it in a blender or food processor. Cucumber adds vitamins A and C and antioxidants. It has mild bleaching properties and will sooth irritated or inflamed skin.
Step 2

Squeeze about 2 tbsp. juice from an aloe leaf and add to the blender. Purchased aloe juice also works. Aloe contains antibiotic properties, minerals, amino acids, and enzymes.
Step 3

Juice approximately half of a lemon. Pour the juice in with the other ingredients. The lemon juice whitens the skin, works as an antifungal, and provides vitamin C, which reduces scars, according to Julie Gabriel in "The Green Beauty Guide."
Step 4

Measure 1 to 2 tbsp. of honey to add with other ingredients. Honey is antibacterial and soothes the skin. The mild, low-level of natural hydrogen peroxide in honey also promotes whitening.
Step 5

Pour about 1 tbsp. whole milk or yogurt or an egg white into the mixture. Any of them will add protein and act as a mild exfoliating peel to remove dead skin cells.
Step 6

Turn on the blender or processor and add French green clay as you blend until the mixture becomes a paste. The clay draws oils from the skin, provides minerals and has antibacterial properties.

Apply the mask in a semi-thick layer over the face. Avoid getting it too close to the eyes because the citric acid in the lemon juice will sting. Leave the mask on for 15 minutes and rinse with cool to warm water.

Vitamin E combats free radical damage to the skin and fights blemishes and scars wonderfully. Scoop out the pulp of the fruit and blend in a blender. Apply this paste all over your face.

    Dry orange peels in sun. When they are fully dried, grind them in a mixture and make powder. Add raw milk to it, make a paste and apply it on your skin everyday. Rinse it off with lukewarm water when dries. It's tested pack for skin whitening.

    Take sandalwood powder, add lemon juice, tomato juice, cucumber juice to it, make a paste and apply on the skin till it dries to get a brighter, lighter and even skin tone.

Home Remedies for Skin Whitening Care

Here are some simple home remedies for skin whitening that you can do to lighten the skin tone and get a lighter complexion. However, they must be done regularly and best results are obtained if they are inculcated as a part of daily routine.
Mix 1 tsp of milk powder, 1 tsp of honey, 1 tsp of lemon juice, and ½ tsp of almond oil. Apply on face and wash off after 10-15 minutes. This pack helps bring shine to the skin and also removes tan.

Mix oatmeal with curd and tomato juice and apply on the face. Keep it on for 20 minutes and then wash it off with cold water. It helps remove the tan and lightens the skin.

Place sliced raw potato on the face. It helps reduce blemishes and other marks.

Applying turmeric powder along with lime juice removes the tan. Lime juice is a natural bleach.

Dried orange peels mixed with curd also help reduce blemishes and scars. Wash off this mixture with cold water after 15 minutes.

Soak 4 almonds overnight. Grind into a fine paste using milk. Apply on face and neck and leave it overnight. Wash with cold water in the morning. Do this daily for 15 days, followed by twice a week.

A tbsp of gram flour mixed with 2 tsp of raw milk and 2-3 drops of lime juice works well for lightening dark skin. Apply this mixture and leave it for 15 minutes before washing off. Repeat for 4 weeks and follow up with once a week.

Apply a paste of fresh ground mint leaves and leave it for about 20 minutes. Wash with cold water, continue for 15 days.

Apply a mixture of grated tomato with 2-3 drops of lime juice on the face. Leave it for 20 minutes before washing off. Do this twice a day for 15-20 days for best results.

Diet for Getting Rid of Dark Skin

Although there are no particular foods that will lighten your skin instantly, a balanced diet definitely helps by giving your skin a healthy glow. Drinking an optimum amount of water hydrates your skin and keeps it blemish free. Some recommendations regarding diet are as follows –

Avoid excessive consumption of heavy and oily foods.

Incorporate whole cereals, pulses, fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet.

Drink at least 4-5 liters of water every day. Water washes out the toxins from the body.

Natural Homemade Skin Bleaching Lightening/Whitening Recipes

These homemade lightening/whitening masks should be applied before bedtime. Moreover, with the systematic use of skin bleaching masks, you'll need to religiously apply sunscreen.

1. Cucumber and Yogurt Skin Bleaching Mask

Finely grate some cucumber and mix with 1 tbsp of yogurt. Apply to the face, and leave the mask on your skin for 15-20 minutes.

If you have oily skin, you can mix cucumber juice with an equal amount of vodka. Apply this solution to your skin with gauze wipes, that have been moistened with the cucumber solution. Leave this solution on your face for 15-20 minutes.

**You can also cut a cucumber in half and rub the juice on your neck.

Carrot and Lemon Skin Bleaching Mask

Mix one finely grated carrot with half an egg yolk, 20 drops of lemon juice, and 1 teaspoon of oat flour. Leave on your face for 20 minutes.

Cabbage and Sour Cream Skin Bleaching Mask

Pulverize some cabbage in the blender and then mix with an equal amount of sour cream. Leave this mask on your face for 10 minutes.

Milk and Potato Skin Bleaching Mask

Boil some potatoes in their skins, and once they're fully cooked (and cooled,) add some milk, and 1 egg yolk. Apply to the face (be sure to check the temperature first!) Then, leave the mask on your face for 20-30 minutes.
**You can also lie down with this treatment - applying the pulp to the skin, and then placing a dense cloth over the top.

Melon Skin Bleaching Mask

Mash up some melon with a fork and then apply the melon pulp to your face. Leave on your face for 10-15 minutes. Then, wash the mask off with cool water.

Lemon Skin Bleaching Mask

Combine some lemon juice with some wheat or potato flour.

Honey and Lemon Skin Bleaching Mask

Combine some lemon juice with 100 grams of honey. This mask can be applied to the face every day. And, also apply it to your neck and chest areas - for 10-30 minutes.

Oatmeal/Cornmeal Skin Bleaching Mask

Combine; 2 tbsp of oat or corn flour and a beaten egg white. When everything's mixed, put the mask on your face, and leave on your skin for 15-20 minutes.

Oat Flour and Yogurt Skin Bleaching Mask

Combine a quarter of a cup of yogurt with 1 tbsp of oat flour. The resulting paste should first be placed between two layers of gauze, and then put on your face.

Ricotta Cheese and Hydrogen Peroxide Skin Bleaching Mask

Combine 2 tablespoons of ricotta cheese (cottage cheese can also be used,) with an egg yolk and a few drops of 3% hydrogen peroxide. Apply to your face and neck.

Or mix 3 teaspoons of cheese with 1 teaspoon of honey. This mask is not only gently whitens the skin, but also moisturizes and nourishes the skin too.

Lanolin and Hydrogen Peroxide Skin Bleaching Mask

This mask can be used for extremely dry, heavily pigmented skin. To 20 grams of lanolin, add 1 teaspoon of 3% hydrogen peroxide. Apply to your face, and leave on your skin for 10-15 minutes. Apply at intervals, for several days.

Borax Skin Bleaching Mask

Combine 1 part of borax with 6 parts of water. Apply to your face with gauze wipes, and leave on your skin for 10-15 minutes. Apply the solution at intervals, and for several days.
